KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Planning your visit:

• The Met Replica is complimentary for visitors with tickets. There are no additional charges to use the app inside the museum. Regular admission to The Met is $30 for adults, $22 for seniors, $17 for students, while it is free for Members, Patrons, and children under 12. For more information, visit The Met Museum.
• You do not require a Roblox account or the Roblox app to engage with the experience. However, you need an account to claim Roblox items for your in-game inventory. Sign up for free at roblox.com.
• You can pre-download the app beforehand. Simply be physically present at The Met to locate, scan, and collect items. The app necessitates access to location services, camera, and Bluetooth to function.
• Plan your visit accordingly as The Met is vast! With numerous rooms and galleries, allocate ample time to explore and discover your Replica items. It is acceptable if you cannot cover everything in one trip! Utilizing museum maps available at the Welcome Desk can aid in navigating.
• Utilize the hints provided. Replica icons pulsate red on the in-app map when an item is nearby. Tap on them to receive clues on which artwork to search for. The rest is up to you!
• Come prepared with a charged device. Depending on your device’s age and the duration of your visit, a portable battery pack can be handy to ensure your phone remains powered!
• Share your augmented reality creations. Leveraging the AR camera within the app allows you to showcase your Replica items and custom avatars. Use #TheMetReplica on social media to participate and view other players’ innovations.
